Journey into the Self - Chakras

As you are sitting here reading this allow your awareness to turn inwards into yourself.

Become aware of the subtle energy centres in the body and your connection to Mother Earth beneath your feet.

Reach up to the stars with your feelings and feel the whole universe as a part of yourself.

Using your imagination, visualise each of your energy centres or chakras opening and starting to radiate healing energy from each centre.

Focus on your connection to the planet. Visualise roots of orgone energy growing out of your feet and spiralling down deep into the centre of the Earth.

As this connection gets established, visualise all the negative, stale orgone energy being drawn down these roots. And, as the stale energy leaves your system, feel an exchange of energy taking place.

Feel fresh, revitalised energy coming up these roots into your body. Feel refreshed, revitalized, full of health, happiness, joy and vitality. Feel at one with the Earth.

Allow your attention to rise up your body to the base of the spine. Visualize your Base Chakra opening its four petals. See a vortex of lovely red energy radiating out. Feel it expanding and swirling all around and permeating through the physical body.

Go through this opening process with each Chakra in turn:

The six petals of the Sacral Chakra radiating beautiful Orange light.
The ten petals of the Solar Plexus Chakra radiating a lovely Yellow light, all the colours blending together, bringing balance and healing as each extra chakra is added.
The twelve petals of the Heart Chakra radiating a soothing Green light. Feel the difference as we move from the lower chakras to the more spiritual ones.
Allow your attention to rest on your Throat Chakra. See the 16 petals opening and a soft Blue light flowing out, mingling and blending.
You can already feel your Brow Chakra bursting with energy as your attention reaches up to it. See the 96 petals of the Brow Chakra opening, bathing you in Purple light.
The Crown Chakra and the 1,000-petalled Lotus is your connection to all the planets and stars in the universe. Just feel the universal White light entering through the crown of the head and bathing the whole of your body in the holistic energy. Feel the auras around your body being healed and repaired by this White light. Allow your awareness to expand and feel at one with the whole universe.
~
As you bring your awareness back to the silence, notice the change in tone. Even though we are talking of silence, note that it has a tone, or a ring, or a grain within it. Note that with the Chakras open your whole energy frequency seems to have been raised.

Use your imagination to visualise some of your hearts aspirations for yourself and your life. Use all your senses to experience these dreams. You can even run them like a movie over your awareness.

Thinking in the silence is very powerful orgone, as it moves the whole universe to bring you what you desire. Therefore, dream your dream about positive, life-supporting things, which benefit not only yourself but also those around you. Then just let your dream melt into the silence again.

As we start to reconnect with our physical body again, become aware of your Crown Chakra and, as we draw in the petals of the Crown Chakra, feel the energy being left in perfect balance.

Take the awareness to the Brow Chakra. As we draw in the petals of the Brow Chakra, just know that this chakra is responsible for the higher mind functions and sixth senses like Telepathy, Dj Vu, Premonitions, and all the "Clairs": Clairvoyance, Clairaudience, Clairsentience, etc.

As we take our attention down to the Throat Chakra and draw in the petals, just know that this chakra is responsible for our powers of communication. Not just our voice, but also all the senses of hearing, sight, touch, taste and smell: they all communicate through this chakra.

Passing down to our Heart Chakra, draw in the petals and know that this chakra is responsible for our feelings. This is the connection to finer layers of our self, through all the organs of the body into the cells. Down into the molecules and atoms, right down into the silence of the Void itself.

Now as we come to the Solar Plexus Chakra and draw in the petals, know that this chakra is our emotional centre. Our emotions are stored in the fluids within the body. See the Yellow light of the emotional chakra flowing clearly.

Lets use the process of forgiveness to claim our orgone energy back. For if we project our emotions to another we give away our power. Take responsibility for yourself through forgiving, both yourself and the other person.

As we take our attention down to our Sacral Chakra, just know this chakra connects us through personal relationships with our family and friends. Know that this web of connections to those we love has been cleansed by the Orange light radiating from the Sacral Chakra.

Finally we come to the Base Chakra. As we draw in the petals of the Base Chakra, know that this chakra helps to maintain our physical body and our connection to the Earth. See this beautiful Red light in perfect balance.

As we draw up the roots from the Earth, feel our batteries fully recharged by the energy we have drawn into our body. Feel in perfect balance, full of health, happiness, joy and vitality, as we return to our normal everyday level of awareness.

The Centre of our Existence!

Most of us have heard talk or have read something about the seven centers of energies that we refer to as Chakras. I do believe these are very important centres of our being in terms of our energy field, our aura, and most of all our own balance that can manifest into our physical body.

So what can we do about these energies and how can we balance these centres? You dont need a high level of schooling but perhaps only a few small tips that can enhance your association with the different levels of these Chakras.

These Chakras are usually associated with colors. Not simply to distinguish them, or identify them from each other, but because colors on their own play on our emotional psyche. I personally work with nine chakras instead of seven. I will go through the nine charkas and explain their characteristics.

The characteristics of the Chakras, having worked with them for many years through my meditation and healing, are represented as follows: We will start from the bottom up.

The Root Chakra is the first Chakra located on the base of the spine, and its color is "Red" and its secondary color is "Black". Its characteristics are a grounding to the earth plane existence in a body. It holds the basic needs of stability, security, and survival. In our body, Root Chakra body parts include the hips, legs, rectum, kidneys, bones, colon, and lower back. Any red or black gemstones will help heal and balance this Chakra. Recommended gemstones: Garnet, Ruby as red, and smoky quartz and obsidian for black.

The Belly Chakra is the second Chakra located in the abdomen, and its color is "Orange". Its characteristics are our sexuality, self-esteem, our own personal power, and power of the world. This Chakra accesses the lower level of the emotional body and houses ones unhealed inner child. Inner child here are where the images of both this life, and past life traumas, are stored. The ability to let go of old emotions is based in this Chakra. This is a very powerful chakra. In our body, Belly Chakra body parts include the ovaries, vagina, genitals, uterus, lumbar spine, kidneys, bladder, and large intestine. Any orange gemstones will heal and balance this Chakra. Recommended gemstones: Carnelian (help in pregnancy), and Coral.

The Solar Plexus Chakra is the third Chakra located in the stomach, and its color is "Yellow". Its characteristics are the conscious and rational mind. Our self-confidence, personal power, and intuition is manifested here. Business, math sense, and material learning ability are focused here as well as self-empowerment and our will. Our inner child as part of our Soul is housed there and that can help to bring us our survival tools. Solar Plexus body parts include the stomach, bladder, pancreas, small intestine, liver, and gall bladder. Any yellow gemstones will heal and balance this Chakra. Recommended gemstones: Citrine or Yellow Sapphire.

The Heart Chakra is the fourth Chakra located in the heart, and its color is either "Green" and as secondary color "Pink" pending on the persona state of mind. Pink will represent earthly love and that the person is looking for love. Green is more universal and unconditional love for self and for humanity as a mean of compassion. Its characteristics are that it is very important to give and receive love. It is about the ability to love yourself and others. Heart Chakra body parts are the heart, circulatory system, lungs, shoulder and the upper back. Any color of pink or green gemstones will heal and balance this Chakra. Recommended gemstones: Modalvite and Malachite for the Green, and Pink Crystal Quartz and Kunzite for the Pink color.

The Throat Chakra is the fifth Chakra located in the throat, and its color is "Light Blue". Its characteristics are expression, hearing (include psychic hearing), receiving others, communication, and creativity. It holds the blueprint of the physical body. Possibility for change, transformation and healing are located here, including healing ones future verses the past, through karmic release. The throat can store our anger, and what we need to let go of. Throat Chakra body parts include the throat, neck, jaw, teeth, ears, hearing, and the thyroid gland. Any light blue gemstones will heal and balance this Chakra. Recommended gemstones: Aquamarine, Blue Tourmaline or Turquoise.

The Third Eye Chakra is the sixth Chakra located between our brows, and its color is "Indigo". Its characteristics are where we see beyond physical realities into the psychic realm, for understanding of the non-physical truth. It is defined as the place of the Goddess Within. Third eye Chakra body parts include the eyes, face, and brain. Any indigo gemstones will heal and balance this Chakra. Recommended gemstones: Azurite and Sapphire. Love Spells.

The Crown Chakra is the seventh Chakra located on top of our head, and its color is "Violet". Its characteristics are that it is the first point where the Soul enters into the body at birth through its return journey into this plane. It is defined as the place of the Goddess herself. Crown Chakra body parts include the spine and nervous systems. Any violet gemstones will heal and balance this Chakra. Recommended gemstones: Amethyst and Serenite. Orgone.

The Connection Point Chakra as I call it is the eighth Chakra located few inches from the crown Chakra and its color is "Clear or White". This is where communication with your guides and loved ones will take place and bring clarity to your link to guidance and peace. It is beyond our physical body and rarely has any effect on us. Any white or clear stone will heal and balance this Chakra. Recommended gemstones: White and Clear Quartz.

Oneness with the source Chakra as I call it, is the ninth Chakra located a few feet higher than the Connection Point Chakra and its color is "Gold". This is the level on which the soul works. The experience on meditating on this will differ for each of us as individuals because our experiences on a soul level are unique to each, every one of us for our own evolution at a soul level. It is a very high and strong Chakra, and it may be uncomfortable for some people. It will take some practice to get use to its energy. I never used any Gemstone for this Chakra but it is essential to have balanced the complete Chakra for it to work properly. You can use a mixture of the eight Gemstones from the different Chakras to heal and balance it.

I personally use the last two Chakras, but they are not necessary when first starting to use your Chakras when you start meditating. Once you become familiar with your centre points and try to tap into their energies then those Chakras can offer you some benefit and they will have their effect on you.

Chakras are a very important part of our life and we may accept this or not. It is a personal choice. Whatever your preference is on the subject, you will feels its effect in your daily life.

Cleansing & Balancing the Charkas

Cleansing and balancing the chakra system is important to the overall health of the individual. There are several different techniques that can be used to cleanse and balance each of the charkas. The important thing is finding the one that is most comfortable. The exercise below is simple. It can be done in a few minutes. Practiced each day, it will leave the individual feeling more energetic and focused.

The technique that follows can be modified by the individual to suit his/her own needs. Start off by sitting in a chair or standing somewhere comfortable with your feet flat on the ground/floor. It is particularly important to sit or stand if you are new to meditation practices. Laying down cues the body, energy, that it is time for sleep.

Once you are positioned, take a few deep but slow cleansing breaths. The idea isn't to gasp for air, nor is it to breathe unnaturally, but to get the blood deeply oxygenated. Breath is a natural healing mechanism, and many of us in the west will find that we breathe in a very shallow manner which starves our bodies and brain of oxygen. Breathe in at a slow steady pace and feel the oxygen enter your body, continue the slow steady inhale until the breath has expanded the chest and abdomen just as a balloon fills with air.

Hold the breath for as long as it is comfortable, and then release and do the exhale at the same slow relaxed pace, blowing through the lips as though you were blowing out a candle. Be sure to fully empty the lungs before beginning the next inhalation.

After three of these breaths release tension and relax more deeply. Take a few comfortable normal paced breaths as you do this. Once you are comfortable and ready to continue, close the eyes and envision a golden white ball of light above the head. This is the holy light, representing the connection between yourself and the Divine.

This ball of light sits a few feet above the top of the head and begins to expand and stream down. As you allow the light to flow (don't force or pull it etc) relax even deeper knowing you are safe and at peace. Be fully present with this light, and as the light descends down upon the crown of your head take another deep breath as we did earlier.

As you breathe in say in your mind "I allow the light to heal, cleanse and balance"". On the exhale say "I release all that is not for my highest good"". Relax and allow the light to move down to the third eye (between the eyebrows) when it is ready, then repeat the breath and mantra on both the inhale and the exhale.

Continue this process slowly and let it flow naturally all the way down your chakra system until it reaches the soles of the feet. When it has reached the soles of the feet, envision a ball of energy from in the Earth rising up slowly into the soles of your feet. Allow this energy to carry away any residual energies that need to be cleansed and take them back into the Earth for reprocessing/healing.

As you continue to relax say a prayer of gratitude. Take a few moments to sincerely reflect on all of your lifes blessings and to show appreciation to Spirit for all the abundance that is housed within you. The important thing to remember is that you are a channel allowing these powerful energies to flow through you. You don't have to have any special talent or abilities to benefit from this healing as "you" are not doing it, but allowing Spirit/God to do this through you. It is an exercise of "allowing"

Another variation others enjoy, is to do this meditation while in the shower. As you feel the water washing over you, you can envision your energy field also being cleansed and balanced. The water as it goes down the drain, carries away all negativity and extra energy.

For grounding and healing also participate in activities that put you in direct contact with the Earth, walk barefoot in the grass, sit with your back against a tree, plant a garden, (this is healing to your Earth mother as well) anything that puts you in contact with nature is deeply rejuvenating and healing.

Tantra

Tantra - The Serpentine Ascent

Occult Vibratory Chemistry existed in India by the name of Tantra.

Tantra is derived from two Sanskrit words - Thanoti ( to expand ) & Trayate ( to liberate). This Science has the power to expand and liberate !

Expansion means to grow beyond one's boundaries. Expansion upto Infinity. Thanothi means the expansion of Consciousness ad infinitum.Individual consciousness should expand to Universal Consciousness for mergence in the Supreme Self.

Trayate means to liberate, to liberate man from bondgage, from the Seven Deadly Sins which bind him to the sublunar world. The purging of mortal dross is a must for Self-Actualisation and the " inner enemies of man " Lust, greed, anger, jealousy, sloth, covetousness & attachment ) are the real blocks in the way of Self Actualisation

Liberation is not possible without expansion of Consciousness. When our individual Consciousness expands to Cosmic, we feel whole & are liberated from the thraldom of matter.

The Upanishadic Philosophy was based on the Five Concentric Sheaths known as the Five Koshas. The outermost concentric Sheath, the Anna Maya Kosha, is known as the Material Sheath. It envelopes the other four sheaths - vital, mental, intellectual & bliss.

A diagramatic representation of the Five Concentric Sheaths can be seen at http://zodiaccomputers.com/html/yoga.htm

Tantra, on the other hand, speaks about the Six Chakras, dynamoes of Cosmic Energy in the human body.

These Chakras are ( in ascending order)

1. Root Chakra ( Muladhara ) 2. Anal Chakra ( Manipura ) 3. Solar Plexus Chakra ( Swadhistana ) 4. Heart Chakra ( Anahata ) 5. Throat Chakra ( Vishuddhi ) 6. Eyebrow Chakra ( Ajna )

A diagramatic representation of the chakras can be seen at

The Five Great Elements ( Earth, air, water, fire & ether ) & Mind reside in the Six Chakras.

Earth-Principle resides in the Root Chakra Water-Principle resides in the Navel Chakra Fire-Principle resides in the Solar Plexus Chakra Air-Principle resides in the Heart Chakra Ether-Principle resides in the Throat Chakra Mind-Principle resides in the Eye Brow Chakra. Orgone

The Microscomic representative of the Macrocosmic Shakti ( Cosmic Power ), the Kundalini, sportest as the Six principles in the Six Chakras in Her Cosmic Play.

O Infinite Power ! Thou art the Mind-principle in the Eye brow Chakra In the Throat Chakra , Thou sport as the Ether-principle In the Heart Chakra, Thou sportest as Air- principle In the Solar Plexus Chakra, Thou art Fire-principle In the Navel Chakra , Thou exist as Water-principle In the Root Chakra, Thou art the Earth _Principle, O Mighty Mother ! And in the Crown Chakra, Thou sportest blissfully with thy beloved Consort !

She lies coiled in human beings as the Coiled Serpent Power ( Kundalini). She rises during Mediation and Yogic processes.

Her rise can be felt by the meditator. When She rises, a subtle warmth will be felt in the body. Voice changes. Voice becomes musical, " propertied as the tuned spheres". The personality of the native becomes very attractive due to the influx of Jupiterian energy. Wisdom and learning grace the individual. When She rises furthur, torrential bliss will be felt. And when She reaches the Crown Chakra, it is Cosmic Consciousness for the native !

She sports as Universal Power in the Macrocosm; and in the microcosm as the coiled Serpent Power!

Infinite Power of the Absolute art Thou! The Cause of the Universe as Maya The entire Creation is Thy Play Thy blessing is Bliss Absolute !

The essence of all sciences art Thou All women Thy manifestations ! The visible Universe Thou art And the dormant Serpentine Power !

One of the pioneers in Tantra Research was Sir John Woodroffe , who had written many scholarly treatises on the subject. His magnum opus is the "Serpent Power", which is a scientific treatise about the Kundalini. His practice of Tantra endowed him with personal magnetism. He became the cynosure of all eyes. There was a special lustre on his face, he possessed the Golden Tongue of Good Report & there was a spiritual halo around him. He had developed his Auric Field ( the human electro-magnetic field ) due to Tantric techniques and bacame a dynamo of spiritual energy. His masterly book is a scientific diagnosis about Tantra.

The heart and vocal nervous centers are intimately related physiologically. Bhava Shuddhi or purity of Heart makes the voice innocent and musical. The true Initiate is he whose voice is true and who possesses the Golden Tongue of Good Report!

The Cosmic Shakti is the Force behind the Universe & the entire Universe is her play & display. Kundalini is Her microcosmic representation. She has been depicted as the Mother Goddess in Pagan philosophies.

Nature is visible Intelligence; Intelligence is invisible Nature. The Spiritual & the Natural are not different. That which is spiritual is natural in its ascent & cause. That which is natural is spiritual in its descent and being.

She is the female component of the Ultimate and all systems deal with the male and the female components of Reality. The male component is He ! Consciousness and Force, the Supreme Self and Nature, Matter and Spirit, Being and Becoming, the One and the Innumerable, the Formless and then a delirium of Forms - She and He, two in one, inseparable ! He, outside Time, outside Space, pure Being, pure Consciousness, the Great White Silence wherein everything is contained in a state of involution, contained, yet formless !

She flings forth from Him in an outburst of joy, again to find Him playing in Time, She and He, two in one , inextricable! Can Nature exist without her Lord ? Can He exist without Nature ?

This is the Purusha and Prakriti of Sankhya, the Brahman and Maya of Vedanta , the Sive and Shakti of Tantra !

Without Him, I exist not Without Me, He is unmanifest ! - The Mother of Auroville

It is due to Her Grace that a man becomes a material success. It is She who gives the successful man the indomitable Will Power needed for success.

On the other hand, it is also Her Grace which giveth spiritual success. It is She who gives the devotee the necessary Self-knowledge, makes him do altruistic acts & leads him to Self-Actualisation. In other words, She has two aspects, material & spiritual and Her Grace is absolutely necessary for success in both the spheres. .

It is said that She, as the Prakriti ( Nature ) of Purusha ( Supreme Self), is the base of the Universe & when She becomes supremely pleased with the devotee, confers on him Self-Actualisation !

She is the Creatrix, She is the Mediatrix, She is the Dispensatrix and the Executrix of the absolute mechanism of Universal Justice.

Power is Divine and not to be condemned

It is this Power aspect of Consciousness which India has depicted as the Divine Mother. It is a mistake of the ethical and the religious mind to condemn Power as something unworthy because it is in its very nature corrupting and evil. Despite arguments to the contrary ( Power corrupts and absolute Power corrupts absolutely), Power, Shakti, Will is the mover of the worlds and basically is spiritual in origin and divine in character !

A Power to call Eternity into Time And make the body's joy as vivid as the soul's !.

The highest philosophic concept is that of the Philosopher-King, he who possesses powers both eternal and temporal. They were known as Raja-Rishies in India. Lord Rama, Lord Krishna, King Janaka were all Raja-Rishies. Marcus Aurelius & Augustus Caesar in the West were also reputed Philosopher-Kings. They did not renounce power !

Tantra as related to Astrology

Tides are caused by the Moon. The human body is 65% water. ( Even the Archbishop of Canterbury is 65% water ). If Moon can effectuate tides, what effect will he have on the human body which is predominantly water? And what about the effects of other planets ?

Your Body is a Map of Your Consciousness

Your Body Is A Map of Your Consciousness - by Martin Brofman, PhD. Everything begins with your consciousness. Everything that happens in your life, and everything that happens in your body, begins with something happening in your consciousness. Your consciousness is who you are, your experience of Being. You decide what ideas to accept and which to reject. You decide what to think, and you decide what to feel. When these decisions leave you with residual stress, you experience the stress as if in your physical body. We know that stress creates symptoms. The interesting question is, "Which stress creates which symptoms?" When we are able to quantify this process, we are then able to see the body as a map of the person's consciousness, relating particular symptoms to particular stresses and particular ways of being, in the same way that Type "A" Behavior has been able to be associated with heart disease. Everything Starts In Your Consciousness To understand this map, we must first orient ourselves to the idea that the causes of symptoms are within. While it's true that germs cause disease and accidents cause injuries, it is also true that this happens in accord with what is happening in the consciousness of the person involved. Germs are everywhere. Why are some people affected and not others? Something different is happening in their consciousness. Why do some patients in hospitals respond better to treatment than others? They have different attitudes. Something different is happening in their consciousness When someone is injured in an "accident," why is it that a very specific part of the body is affected, and that it is the same part that has had habitual problems? Is that an "accident," or is there a pattern and an order to the way things happen in our bodies? You Are A Being of Energy Your consciousness, your experience of Being, who you really are, is energy. We can call it "Life Energy" for now. This energy does not just live in your brain; it fills your entire body. Your consciousness is connected to every cell in your body. Through your consciousness, you can communicate with every organ and every tissue, and a number of therapies are based on this communication with the organs which have been affected by some kind of symptom or disorder. This energy which is your consciousness, and which reflects your state of consciousness, can be measured through the process known as Kirlian photography. When you take a Kirlian photograph of your hand, it shows a certain pattern of energy. If you take a second photograph while imagining that you are sending love and energy to someone you know, there will be a different pattern of energy shown on the Kirlian photograph. Thus, we can see that a change in your consciousness creates a change in the energy field that is being photographed, which we call the aura. This energy field shown in the Kirlian photographs has been quantified, so that when there are "holes" in particular parts of the energy field, these are said to correspond to particular weaknesses in specific parts of the physical body. The interesting thing about this is that the weakness shows up in the energy field before there is ever any evidence of it on the physical level. Thus, we have an interesting direction of manifestation shown through what we have described. 1. A change of consciousness creates a change in the energy field. 2. A change in the energy field happens before a change in the physical body. The direction of manifestation is from the consciousness, through the energy field, to the physical body. Consciousness------1------ºEnergy Field------2------ºPhysical Body When we look at things in this way, we see that it is not the physical body creating the energy field, the aura, but rather the aura or energy field that is creating the physical body. What we see as the physical body is the end result of a process that begins with the consciousness. We Each Create Our Reality When someone makes a decision that leaves them with stress, creating a blockage in the energy field with a sufficient degree of intensity, this creates a symptom on the physical level. The symptom speaks a certain language, which reflects the idea that we each create our own reality. When the symptom is described from that point of view, the metaphoric significance of the symptom becomes clear. Thus, instead of saying, "I can't see," the person would have to say, "I have been keeping myself from seeing something." If they cannot walk, they would have to say, "I have been keeping myself from walking away from something." And so on. We must understand that there are no accidents and no coincidences. Things do happen according to a pattern and order. The Human Directional System We can say that we have an inner guidance system, a connection to our Higher Self, or our Inner Being, or whatever name we choose to give this Higher Intelligence. This inner guidance system functions through what we call our intuition, or our instinct. It speaks a very simple language. Either it feels good, or it doesn't. All the rest is just politics. We are told we should move with what feels good, and do not do what doesn't feel good to us. We are told to trust this inner voice. When we don't follow this inner voice we feel tension. We feel not-good. Then, the voice must get louder. The next level of communication is through the emotions. As we move more and more in the direction that feels not-good, we experience more and more emotions that feel not-good, and at some point we can say, "I should have listened to myself when I thought to move in the other direction." That meant that we heard the inner voice. Otherwise, we could not have said, "I should have listened." If we make the decision we know is the right one for us, and therefore change direction, there is a release of tension, we feel better, and we know we are again on the right track. If we continue to move in the direction that feels not-good, the communication reaches the physical level. We create a symptom, and the symptom speaks a language which reflects the idea that we each create our own reality. When we describe the symptom from that point of view, we can understand the message. If we change our way of being, we have received the message, and the symptom has no further reason for being. It is able to be released, according to whatever we allow ourselves to believe is possible. If we created the symptom with a decision, we are also able to release it with a decision. As an hypothesis, we can imagine that someone makes a decision that it is not a good idea to express what they want. From that moment, whenever there is something they want, they keep themselves from expressing it, and therefore from having what they want. That feels not-good. The tension grows. They feel more and more not-good as they keep themselves from expressing what they want and not having it. Eventually, something happens to create a symptom on the physical level, and their right arm is affected. It could have happened through falling from a ladder, or in an automobile accident, or by pinching a nerve in the neck, or by "sleeping in a draft." Something had to happen on the physical level to create the symptom, in order to give the person the message on the physical level about what they had been doing to themselves. We do to ourselves literally what we have been doing to ourselves figuratively. The effect is that the person cannot move their arm. They are keeping themselves from reaching for something, and since it is the right arm, on the "will" side of the body, they are keeping themselves from reaching for or going for what they want. They have been giving themselves reasons to not believe that they could have what they want. When they begin to do something different in their consciousness, they notice that something different begins to happen with their arm, and the symptom is able to be released. Chakras And The Map To understand the map of the consciousness that the body represents, we can turn to some ancient Hindu traditions which have been studying consciousness for thousands of years, and which use the language of the chakras. Chakra is a Sanskrit word, and it means "wheel," or "vortex," because that's what it looks like when we look at it. Each chakra is like a solid ball of energy interpenetrating the physical body, in the same way that a magnetic field can interpenetrate the physical body. The chakras are not physical. They are aspects of consciousness in the same way that the auras are aspects of consciousness The chakras are more dense than the auras, but not as dense as the physical body, but they interact with the physical body through two major vehicles, the endocrine system and the nervous system. Each of the seven chakras is associated with one of the seven endocrine glands, and also with a particular group of nerves called a plexus. Thus, each chakra can be associated with particular parts of the body and particular functions within the body controlled by that plexus or that endocrine gland associated with that chakra. Your consciousness, your experience of being, represents everything it is possible for you to experience. All of your senses, all of your perceptions, all of your possible states of awareness, can be divided into seven categories, and each of these categories can be associated with a particular chakra. Thus, the chakras represent not only particular parts of your physical body, but also particular parts of your consciousness. When you feel tension in your consciousness, you feel it in the chakra associated with the part of your consciousness experiencing the stress, and in the parts of the physical body associated with that chakra. Where you feel the stress depends therefore on why you feel the stress. When someone is hurt in a relationship, they feel it in their heart. When someone is nervous, their legs tremble and their bladder becomes weak. When there is tension in a particular part of your consciousness, and therefore in the chakra associated with that part of your consciousness, the tension is detected by the nerves of the plexus associated with that chakra, and communicated to the parts of the body controlled by that plexus. When the tension continues over a period of time, or reaches a particular degree of intensity, the person creates a symptom on the physical level. Again, the symptom served to communicate to the person through their body what they had been doing to themselves in their consciousness. When the person changes something about their way of being, they are able to release the stress that had been creating the symptom, and they are then able to return to their natural state of balance and health. Reading The Map When we are reading the body as a map of the consciousness within, we work with the idea that the tensions in the body represent tensions in the person's consciousness concerning what was happening in the person's life at the time that the symptom developed. The person was feeling stress about something that was happening in their life at that time. We are going to examine the map of consciousness that the chakras provide, in order to understand the language of the symptoms that are associated with each chakra. In order to complete this map, however, we also need to look at ourselves as each a polarity of yin and yang, feminine and masculine characteristics. For most people, their right side is their yang side, their will side, their acting or active side, and the left side is their yin side, their female side, their feeling or adaptive side. For people who were born left-handed, this polarity is reversed. Thus, for a right-handed person, their right leg can be described as their will leg, or their male leg, or the foundation of their will, but for a left-handed person, their left leg would be their male leg or will leg, and so on. Thus, we can talk about the will arm, or the will eye, or the will nostril, etc., and which side it is on will depend upon whether the person is right-handed or left-handed at birth. Each of the chakras is energy vibrating at a certain frequency, in a logical and orderly sequence of seven vibrations. As we move up the scale, the elements become more and more subtle, moving through the five physical elements of earth, water, fire, air, and ether, to the spiritual elements of inner sound and inner light. The heaviest element is on the bottom, the lightest on the top. It is a logical and orderly sequence. The colors of the spectrum also represent a series of seven vibrations in a logical and orderly sequence, as do the notes of the musical scale. Thus, we can put the heaviest vibrations or the longest wavelength on the bottom and the lightest on the top, and a particular color can be used to represent a chakra in its clear state, as can a particular musical note. Music played in a certain key vibrates a particular chakra, and we feel a particular way when we hear that music. Our relationship with a certain color says something about our relationship with the part of our consciousness that the color represents. The Root Chakra is associated with the parts of our consciousness concerned with security, survival, or trust. For most people, this concerns the parts of their consciousness concerned with money, home, and job. When this chakra is in its clear state, the person is able to feel secure, be present in the here and now, and be grounded. When there is tension in this chakra, it is experienced as insecurity or fear. When there is more tension, it is experienced as a threat to survival. Parts of the body controlled by the sacral plexus and this chakra include the skeleton system, the legs, and the elimination system. Symptoms in these parts of the body represent, therefore, tensions at the level of the Root Chakra, and we therefore know that the person is seeing the world through a perceptual filter of insecurity or fear. The adrenal glands are also associated with this chakra. If one leg is affected, we can see whether it is the male leg or the female leg, and thus whether it has something to do with trust in a male or trust in a female. We can also see it as having something to do with trust in the will, or the aspects of trust in the foundations the emotional being, related to what was happening in the person's life at the time the symptom developed. The physical sense of smell, and therefore the organ of the sense of smell, the nose, is associated with the Root Chakra. Symptoms at the level of the nose or affecting the sense of smell reflect tensions at the level of the Root Chakra. Each chakra is associated with an element. The Root Chakra is associated with the element of earth, and reflects something about the person's association with the earth, or how they feel about being on the earth, which we call Mother Earth. This chakra is also associated with our relationship with our mother. When someone experiences a sense of separation from their mother, or not feeling loved by their mother, they cut off their roots and experience symptoms of tensions at the level of the Root Chakra until they can again open to accept their mother's love. When a child comes into the world in the traditional family structure, the mother provides the nourishment and the father provides the direction. Thus, in the child's relationship with its mother, it makes certain decisions about the way things are. The relationship with the mother thus becomes a model for the person's relationship with everything that represents security - money, home, and job. The Root Chakra is associated with the color red. The Abdominal Chakra is associated with the parts of our consciousness concerned with food and sex - the communication from the body to the person within it, about what the body wants or needs, and what it finds pleasurable. It also is related to what is happening in their consciousness about having children. When this chakra is in its clear state, the person is in touch with this communication, and listening to and responding appropriately to what the body wants and needs. Parts of the body controlled by the lumbar plexus include the reproductive system and the abdomen, and the lumbar region of the back. The sense of taste is associated with this chakra, as is the element of water. When someone does not have a clear relationship with water (swimming, for example, or being on a boat), this reflects their attitudes about the parts of their consciousness that this chakra represents. Tensions on the will side or the emotional side of this chakra indicate tensions in the person's consciousness as conflicts between either the will or the emotions with what the person's body is asking for. This chakra is associated with the sense of taste, and with appetite. It is also involved with the person's willingness to feel their emotions. The second chakra is associated with the color orange. The Solar Plexus Chakra is associated with the parts of our consciousness having to do with perceptions of power, control, or freedom. In its clear state, it represents ease of being, and comfort with what is real for one's self - being comfortable with who you are. Parts of the body associated with this chakra include the organs closest to the solar plexus - stomach, gall bladder, spleen, liver, etc. - as well as the skin as a system, the muscular system as a system, and the face in general. The physical sense associated with this chakra is the sense of sight. Anyone with impaired eyesight experiences tension at the level of their solar plexus chakra about the issues of power, control, or freedom. Nearsighted people also experience tensions at the level of the Root Chakra, and experience the world through a perceptual filter of fear or insecurity. Those who are farsighted experience tension also at the level of the throat chakra, and see the world through a perceptual filter of anger or guilt. Astigmatics see through the emotional perceptual filter of confusion. The endocrine gland associated with the Solar Plexus Chakra is the pancreas. We can say that diabetics are keeping sweetness from themselves. When someone gets too close with sweetness, they feel threatened in their power to be who they are, and an emotion comes up to create a safe distance again. The emotion is anger. Diabetes is associated with suppressed anger. The element associated with this chakra is fire, and the person's relationship with the sun says something about their relationship with the parts of their consciousness associated with the Solar Plexus Chakra. The color of the Solar Plexus Chakra is yellow. The Heart Chakra is associated with the parts of the consciousness concerned with relationships and our perceptions of love. The relationships we speak of here are with those people closest to our heart - partners, parents, siblings, children. The parts of the body associated with this chakra include the heart and lungs, and the blood circulatory system as a system. This chakra is also associated with the thymus gland, which controls the immune system. When this is affected, as with AIDS, the person's lifestyle separates them from someone they love. The physical sense associated with this chakra is the sense of touch, in its aspect of relating to the person inside the body. For example, a massage given to someone with no sensitivity to what the person is feeling inside would be an example of the sensation we associate with the Abdominal Chakra, but when the masseur seems to have a sense of what the person inside the body is experiencing, then it includes the aspect of relating we associate with the Heart Chakra. When someone experiences extreme sensitivity about being touched, we would ask what was happening at the level of the Heart Chakra. This chakra is associated with the element of air. When someone has difficulty with air, with breathing (asthma, emphysema, tuberculosis, etc.), we say that their relationship with air reflects their relationship with love - difficulty letting it in, or letting it out, for example The color associated with the Heart Chakra is emerald green. The Throat Chakra is associated with the parts of the consciousness concerned with expressing and receiving. Expressing can be in the form of communicating what one wants and what one feels, or it can be artistic expression, as an artist painting, a dancer dancing, a musician playing music, using a form for expressing and bringing to the outside what was within. Expression is related to receiving, as, "Ask, and ye shall receive." The throat chakra is associated with abundance, and with the state of consciousness called, "grace," where it seems that what you want for you is also what God wants for you. Accepting what the abundant universe offers you requires a sense of unconditionally receiving. This chakra is also associated with listening to one's intuition, and flowing in a particular way where it seems that the Universe supports you in all that you do. It is the first level of consciousness from which one perceives another level of intelligence functioning, and one's interaction with this other level of intelligence. Parts of the body associated with this chakra include the throat, shoulders, and arms and hands. and the thyroid gland. The sense of hearing is associated with this chakra, and the element of ether, the most subtle physical element, corresponding to what we find in deep space. The ether is the crossover between the physical and the spiritual dimensions. Someone looking at the world through this chakra watches the manifestation of their goals. The Will Arm represents manifesting what you want, and the Feeling Arm represents manifesting what makes you happy. Hopefully, the two point to the same thing. Sky Blue is the color associated with this chakra. The Brow Chakra is associated with the parts of the consciousness concerned with the spiritual view, and the home of the Spirit, the Being within. This level of consciousness is associated with what western traditions call the unconscious or subconscious, the part of our consciousness that directs our actions and our life. From this level we are aware of the motivations behind our actions. We can watch our outer theater from an inner point of view. This chakra is associated with the carotid plexus, and the nerves on each side of the face, and the pituitary gland. Headaches in the temples or center of the forehead are associated with tensions at this level. This chakra controls the entire endocrine system as a system, and the process of growth. The Brow chakra, also known as the Third Eye, is associated with extra sensory perception (ESP), the set of all inner senses that correspond to the outer senses, which together comprise spirit-to-spirit communication. The element associated with this chakra is a vibration known as the Inner Sound, the sound that one hears in their ears that does not depend upon something in the physical world. Some consider it a pathological condition. In some of the eastern traditions the ability to hear this is considered a necessary prerequisite to further spiritual growth. The color associated with this chakra is Indigo, midnight blue, the color of lapis lazuli, or the color of the night sky during a full moon. The Crown Chakra is associated with the parts of the consciousness concerned with unity or separation, and just as the Root Chakra showed our connection with Mother Earth, this chakra shows our connection with Our Father, Which Art in Heaven. At first, it is associated with our connection with our biological father. This becomes the model for our relationship with authority, and this becomes the model for our relationship with God. When there is a sense of separation from our biological father, the person closes this chakra, and the effect on the consciousness is a sense of isolation and aloneness, being in a shell, and difficult to make contact with those outside the shell. The person feels as if they are hiding from God, or hiding from themselves, not seeing what is true for them in the deepest part of their consciousness, the part we call the soul. This chakra is also associated with a sense of direction. The parts of the body controlled by this chakra are the pineal gland, the brain, and the entire nervous system as a system. The color associated with the Crown Chakra is Violet, the color of amethyst. Using The Map When there is tension in a particular part of the body, this represents a tension in a particular part of the consciousness, about a particular part of the person's life. Being aware of these associations helps one to see the importance of resolving the tense issues in their life. If it were only a question of doing what is necessary for the person to be happy, that would be reason enough to motivate the person to want to change something that doesn't work for them, but here, we see that it is also a matter of health. The issues that are unresolved in a person's life are, in fact, hazardous to their health. When we see the correspondences between the consciousness and the body, we see the degree to which we each create our reality. In fact, those words begin to take on a new meaning. We see how everything begins in our consciousness and we are able to look around us at other aspects of our lives in the same way. When we see how the body carries out the messages and deepest wishes of the Being within the body, we can realize that the process can go in more than one direction. If our consciousness is directing how we develop symptoms, it can also direct how we release these same symptoms. If our consciousness can make our body ill, our consciousness can make our body well. The logical conclusion of this process is that anything can be healed. Copyright 1987 Martin Brofman   http://www.healer.ch

Auras Observations and Theories

I have seen auras my entire life. I remember feeling surprised and confused when I first learned that not everyone is able to see auras. This sense of bewilderment led me to search for clues at an early age as to what the exact nature of the aura really is.

My research encompassed eastern philosophy, biology, Jungian psychology, electro-magnetism, metaphysics, new age spiritualism and a host of other material which served to shed some light on the phenomena of auras but which didnt quite match what I observed with my own eyes. I do not mean to imply that other interpretations of auras are wrong or right, only that they are not exactly matched to what I have witnessed personally.

It has been my personal observations of auras which have led to the conclusions that I now share with you. First let me describe, as best as possible, what it is that I see when referring to auras. Later, I will offer my thoughts regarding the nature of auras.

I see a vibration upon the surface of objects consisting of multiple colors that seems to resonate based on how much energy the particular object is releasing or reflecting.

Note how I have used the word objects. The auras that I see surround everything, living or not.

I have noticed that the aura of people changes based on moods and health. Particular areas of the body seem to be more likely to manifest a change in aura than others. Hands, face and forehead specifically, seem to offer an indication of general mood and health. The aura vibrates more intensely and appears either orange or red in overall color when a person is ill or suffering some pain.

I have observed a purplish hue in the aura of people suffering from migraine headaches as well as depression. This purplish color is usually seen in the area of the temples or at the brow-line, but I have also noticed it surrounding the hands and feet of depressed people.

The color and size of the aura changes in people during various emotional states. By size I am referring to the distance that the aura spreads out from the body. People in an agitated or angry mood have an aura that appears chaotic and usually orange/red in color. I have also seen changes in aura colors before, during and after meditation.

The air surrounding people has an aura itself, and the aura of a person interacts with the aura of the air surrounding them, its sometimes impossible to determine where the human aura begins and where the air aura ends.

The color of an object has an effect on the aura that it creates. Lighter colored objects seem to reflect aura energy and darker objects seem to absorb it. Primary colors create an aura that most resembles the aura color that I observe most often in people.

The surface of water does not seem to have an aura. I find this unusual since almost every other thing seems to be generating aura energy or reflecting it and has a visible aura radiation. I assume that water has special properties relating to aura energy and must be absorbing aura energy at such a rate that aura is not visible on the surface. I have noticed that other reflective surfaces, mirrors, glass, etc, also seem to have a diminished aura level, but not so much as the surface of water which has no observable aura.

On one memorable occasion I have witnessed a person briefly with what is best described as a black aura. I found this event to be very disturbing and worrisome and did not feel inclined whatsoever to investigate that persons aura in any further detail.

Probably the most significant observation that I have made of auras deals with the subject of the afterlife. At the moment of death there is a sudden and intense burst of aura energy. This aura energy burst radiates outward in a split second and is gone. I have witnessed this phenomenon at the passing of my grandmother as well as in on a few occasions.

We know that living things create and store energy in various forms. We also know that living things are capable of conducting electrical and other forms of energy within their environment. Further, we understand that the environment is a complex energy system, constantly changing and transforming one form of energy into another. A thunderstorm is a good example of the environment in a state of continual energy flux. It is my belief that the human aura is the result of various energies coming into contact and interacting with one another. The human aura is not necessarily a discharge of energy but rather a field of energy created by interactions with the energy fields active within the environment.

Science has to a certain extent validated these statements. David Bohms theories regarding the existence of an energetic multidimensional universe provide a framework for the discovery of the auras origin. I will save the discussion of theoretical physics relating to auras and other paranormal activity for another article. Suffice it to say that the leading scientists of today offer at the very least, the potential for the existence of subtle energies in the form of human auras.

Human aura energy is capable of interacting with the environment and vice versa, and non-living objects are able to retain the energies of living creatures suggesting a method of energy transference that has not been the subject of serious research.

Continued research of aura phenomena may lead to a better understanding of the subtle interactions of living creatures within the energy fields of the environment. Further research may also provide valuable insights into areas of communication, psychology, health and ultimately may even offer answers to the questions of life after death.

Aura FAQs

Here are some frequently asked questions about reading auras.

I am not seeing any auras

There are several reasons why you are not seeing auras. Here are some of them:
You have not prepared yourself properly.
You are not in tune with the other persons energy. Some people's auras are harder to read than others are.
In this case, make an extra effort and keep in mind that you may not be able to read everyone's energy.
You are either sick, tired, or under stress. At this point, you should postpone reading until you are better.
The person that you are reading is sick, tired, or depressed. When people are sick or depressed, their auras get smaller and less vibrant; hence, they are hard to read.
Aura reading is easier for some people than others. You may need to take a class or buy special equipment, such as aura glasses.
In addition, regular attendance at a meditation group where you can learn to focus your attention and read other's energies is useful.

I am not seeing any colors in auras

It takes a lot of time and practice to see colors in auras. Sometimes, the colors are very muddy and hard to distinguish. Not all auras have colors. The best thing to do is to keep practicing. Eventually, you will see colors.

What do I do to protect myself against negative energy?

If you meet negative energy while doing readings, you need to protect yourself psychically. To do this, imagine your whole body surrounded by white light.

I am seeing entities and energy other than aura

The spiritual realm, on which auras exist, is filled with all sorts of entities, ranging from loving and positive (such as angels) to annoying or even dangerous.
Here are some types of entities that you may be encountering:
Spirit guides and guardians attached to the person you are reading.
Thought forms or psychic imprints. Thought forms can be negative or positive and usually produced by intense brooding. Oftentimes, they maybe indication of physical illness, depression, or mental illness. Many times, they are attached to the individual that you are reading.
Astral travelers. Oftentimes, when we are dreaming or in a coma, our spirits leave the body and travel to other places.
Ghosts--These can be spirits of the person's loved ones or they may have a connection to the house that you are reading in.
The spirits of living people who are either dreaming, in a coma, or engaged in astral travel.
Remember that, in all cases, your focus is on the person to the reader. The first thing you should be is determine their relationship to the person being read. Describe the spirit entities to your client and see if he can identify them. If the energies are at all negative, protect your psychically by surrounding you and the person you are reading with white light.
If possible, address the entities and ask them why there are here and if they have any information, which may help the person, whom you are reading. In any case, whatever entities, you should determine what information they are trying to give to you about the person you are reading.
Can I be a Christian, Moslem, Jew, etc. and read auras?
The belief in auras is not tied to any specific religious tradition. Throughout history, advanced spiritual people such as Buddha, Christ and their immediate students were painted with golden haloes around their heads, because some artists could actually see auras. In Australia remote West Kimberleys, you can find prehistoric cave paintings (right), many thousands of years old, depicting people with golden haloes. All religions have had the concept of positive spiritual energy, the equivalent of the Chinese concept of chi and the Christian concept of grace. Working with spiritual energy help you become a more spiritually balanced person and eventually a better Christian, Moslem, and so

Astral Travel

ASTRAL TRAVEL: - Why would I put something so natural and real in a mystery segment? Although everyone travels astrally few are conscious of where they go or what happens when they are asleep. The waking consciousness seems a jealous protector of its domain and wishes to give little credit to our dream state. Yet, there are systems of belief that know what our soul learns in sleep to be as important as when we are awake.

Conscious dreaming may have an element of positive thinking and visualization or prayer (wishful thinking) that pure astral travel does not. Some purists will say that OOBEs or 'Out of Body Experiences' are the only astral events. It is possible for others to take you with them on their 'travels' and the adept I mentioned in relation to the mountain-climbing Sutra did that with me. I met Blue Harary at the Psychical Research Foundation in Durham North Carolina many years before he wrote his book on the subject. He had a black cat in his room when I saw him doing his research with them. I have found this helpful myself. Whether that is a 'familiar' or a guide and sometimes even known as an ally is also just words. What might work is what should matter.

As part of the process to conscious dreaming and decreeing it is good to think of everything you did during the day before you go to sleep. As you do this you should think of what you would like to change or do better if the chance occurs (it usually will). In this re-evaluation we learn a lot and re-structure the experiences into new approaches. Then you should think about what you hope to do in the next day as you begin to sleep. No better visualization might come your way, if you are honest with yourself and your soul is close enough to make your ego and worries seem as important as they really are (not very important at all). When this routine is comfortable and you are able to command yourself (More importantly your SELF) and your mind to behave with a smile when the formerly frustrating things you used to react towards; you will begin the process of trusting your soul and dream state. Do not fear anything because you are on the path to greater goodness (if you have really given your ego a break and trust your purposeful soul 'within').

There is much in the self-improvement or human potential movement that comes from Yoga. Yoga is properly translated as 'union' despite what the Catholic Encyclopedia says about it being 'yoke'. The astral or spiritual world of Yoga is not prone to religious or ecclesiastical process and enables a person to 'Follow their Bliss'. This is the essence of all science of the soul work which Jesus and Yogananda are great teachers of when not interpreted by control freaks and power-mongerers who seek to put words in their mouths.

Auras, Energy and Intuition

Over the years I have learned a great many things since entering the holistic field. The biggest discovery was that the more I learned, the more questions I had. This is true for any field, but even more so in metaphysics.
I have found that there is a great deal of confusion both in and out of the metaphysical world about auras, energy and intuition.

The first concept to understand is that quantum physics teaches that EVERYTHING is energy. Physicists postulate that only five to ten percent of the entire universe is actually physical matter. The rest is all energy vibrating at differing frequencies, which cause the different densities from the thickest steel to the air we breathe. Anything from your car, to the tree out front, to you yourself are all made of energy.
Now you must be thinking, wow ok Im energy, but you are only taking into account your physical body. Yes your physical body is energy but there is more to it than that. Your energetic body extends beyond the physical body. This, in a nut shell, is your aura.

Many people have been taught to extend or fluff out their auras as far as possible. This is the opposite of what should be done. Many people believe that their intuition is somehow connected to their aura. They believe they will be more intuitive if their aura is extended. Intuition and your aura are two different things.
The aura is an energetically and magnetically based field that is an extension of our chakras. It can indicate our physical, mental and spiritual states. Looking at an aura can be similar to a medical doctor checking our ears, nose and throat for symptoms of infection.
Intuition, however, comes from the secretions of the pineal gland located in the center of the brain, between the eyebrows.
Your aura should be kept as close to your skin as possible. Here is an example of why: A friend of mine used to live and work in Manhattan and he learned really quickly to keep his aura close to his skin. It took him awhile to realize what was happening, with his aura so fluffed out he was going through hundreds if not thousands of other peoples aura fields through out his day, in doing so he was picking up other peoples emotional, mental and spiritual stuff. He was getting halfway through his day and he felt like he had been running all day. Once he started pulling his aura close to his skin everyday he felt much better and had energy at the end of the day. You see, not only will other peoples stuff stick to your aura there are some people who will drain your energy because they have so depleted their energy they have to get it from others to replenish themselves.
That is why we teach our clients to connect to their version of divinity to replenish their energies. Whether that be, Gia, Universal Spirit, the earth, God, Buddha, Et Al.
If youre sensitive to your aura or your overall energy, the next time youre going to be in a crowded situation pull your aura close to your skin and see how you feel at the end of the evening. And then think back to how you feel now verses how you felt the last time you were in a crowded social situation. I am willing to bet you will feel worlds better then you did last time.

It does take practice to keep your aura close to your skin. You will want to check it periodically though out the gathering. At this point youre probably thinking, ok this all makes sense I'll try to pull my aura in. As Yoda says "there is no try, only do or do not". What you want to do is find the edge of your energy field of your lower arm, mine is about an inch from my body which is ok since I am alone at the moment, once you have found the edge of your field that can be your reference point. Now imagine your energy field is the air around you and just breath it in, so you have the same amount of energy it's just in a smaller area, closer to your skin now.
When you first start trying this technique it may seem like your having to struggle. If youre struggling then your trying to hard, just relax, breath and if your intention is for your aura to come down to your skin it will.
Once you realize that your aura and your intuition are not related you can begin to work on building your intuition.
I spoke a little bit about intuition at the beginning of this article. The best way I can describe intuition is it's that little voice that tells go the other way to work, then you find out later there was a major crash on your normal route that would have made you late for work. Or that feeling you have that something is wrong with someone you pass in the street. All of those things and lots more are examples of your intuition trying to give you additional information about the world around you. Some people call it the sixth sense and I suppose you could call it that but I prefer intuition, it has a less new age ring to it. Most people, myself included start off noticing their intuition after something has happened. Once you realize its happening and will take note of it you can begin to use your intuition more productively. The biggest problem I have found with using my intuition is getting out of my own way to allow my intuition to guide me not only during healing sessions but in my everyday life.

Integrating Soul and Science

"Spirit is beyond the void of space. This realm, beyond the void, is not an empty nothingness; it is the womb of creation. -- Nature goes to the same place to create a galaxy of stars, a cluster of nebulas, a rain forest, a human body, or a thought... That place is Spirit." (1)
The idea of thought coming from Spirit is a little general and not something I agree with unless he means REAL thought rather than regurgitated thought. Deepak Chopra is a great and wonderful human being who escaped the material competitive focused world and the 'expertise' that was his, as a doctor. However, we have shown that science is getting dangerously close to finding templates and forms that mirror this kind of philosophy. The church felt science was philosophy and that all things came from this kind of godhead in the 'Dark Ages'; and scientists have justifiably thought any mention of a bridge to religion is fraught with these kinds of intellectual authoritarian terrors. Perhaps now we can re-evaluate our belief in godly forces and not involve religious or priestly interpreters who ask us to 'follow' like sheep. To replace one set of interpreters with another form of 'expertise' is not good. Surely there is a balance that harmonizes with purpose and true knowingness. I like the thought expressed by James Watson in his foreword to Discovering the Brain. He said, The brain boggles the mind.. It is also true that a lot of the boggling has been done by those saying they seek God.
The equipment based on Tesla's 'non-force info packets' that draws energy from a vacuum that Bearden has patented and the wireless transmission of generated energy will make perpetual motion seem tame. The real possibilities of using other dimensions as storage for energy we create could be just around the corner. Someday the barriers we have created in our real world through an ignorant adherence to conventions of black and white certainty will be brought down just like the Berlin Wall; we built it to keep ideas and people from each other.
I'm not cognizant of all the ins and outs of 'red-shifts' or other astrophysical esoterics so the generalities of my insights might not have as much merit. The exorcisms I've been involved in helping free both the possessed and possessor are part of the limbo state which energy exists in after death. Does this limbo state include the same energy band- width that our solar or auric body travels in? Not by experience of the astral work I've done. However, one can meet dead people in astral travel if one has a guide or the spirit is attuned that you are about to visit. That spirit would be a multi-dimensional traveler then. There are many shades and variations of spiritual bandwidths and it may be because there is so much more energy in the unseen world that the astrophysicists told us about earlier. Ninety-five per cent versus 5 per cent is a large ratio in favor of the unseen. The ultraviolet and light energies might even be part of the visible universe, which would mean we can only actually see a percentage of the material universe. And as big an issue as all of this kind of talk is, we still must consider whether or not we know what we see when it slaps us in the face, as they say.
The average person today will likely have their mind and senses closed to the opportunity that the thalami offer to accentuate, amplify and direct non-visual forces to our conscious processing centers. The operational paradigms of the spiritual world are a science unto themselves, and the astrophysicists may not have as good a picture as I hope they do. There are those I have met, who can travel between dimensions and we will deal with these aspects of life and natural possibilities versus hallucination in other parts of this book. But, if the modern research is right about the Thalami, I feel quite certain that all the dimensions are at our disposal in every aspect of our existence. When one remembers the way we thought about spirits and devils as we listened to the preachers who tried to tell us about HELL - it is difficult to open our minds to what they were saying about the saints who performed the very miracles that men and women have always been able to do.
We see that the 'Gospel of Thomas' from the Dag (or Nag) Hammadi 'finds' confirms Jesus never performed any miracle that you or I can't do. We are all the 'children of God' (John 10:34). The dimensional spiritual world is science and real even if we are ignorant of it. That is what the Gnostics he studied with say is the 'Original Sin' that separates us from God - IGNORANCE! Scipio Africanus and others before and after the time of Jesus were used to seeing each other and the spirits of their loved ones alive or dead! In many instances there is potential to visualize the future and it will happen with proper INTENT. Bucky Fuller did it, and I have too. Some say the forces of darkness that created the Dark Age were able to re-program the world mind to the point that our ability was diminished by the evil they fomented. Energy of a negative nature does have to be attuned with good, in order for Abraxas or unity to occur, on the grand scale and as an individual. That is why selfish prayer is wasteful and one must operate in 'brotherhood' and love to come up with things like the geodesic dome or wireless 'free energy'. Still these things are on the shelf and few really know how great they are and how much better the world might be.
Microchemical potentials and observations are exciting corollaries to chaos science. The laws of universe are 'unfolding as they should' (Desiderata was a nice poem that Pierre Trudeau often quoted as Canada's Prime Minister when I was a young man.) 'whether or not it is clear' to us! There are always good things to learn when one looks at the work of these scientists. I especially enjoy those who are willing to do what Bucky Fuller described when he talked about 'stepping outside the circle' or 'biting his tongue' when he felt complacent in the knowledge he had in a particular area of deliberation. Professor Morowitz is a microbiologist and chemist at YaleUniversity who we will show later as an example of what can happen when people think integratively and lose their ego. He also correctly observes that few of the physical sciences encourage this integration. Is it possible to have an answer when the questions are slanted to dovetail with only one perspective? We respectfully offer that no real truth has ever resulted from the need of any tenured or other 'expert' who sought power from his peers rather than enlightenment from 'ALL that is!'
What with genetics and the basic building blocks of matter becoming more apparent to researchers who are free of old philosophic rule by the church there is truly a dawning of a new age. The title of Prof. Morowitz's article in August of 1980's Psychology Today was quite appropriate - 'Rediscovering The Mind'. As we continue to RE!-discover we might even know what is important 'within' our soul. Of course, my opinion is just 'post-modern democratized' ideology as Prof. Wiseman points out. No one person can know all things. He would be right, if he said that. But my response would be that we must all try to integrate rather than compartmentalize our knowledge. That leads to coping skills and application of thinking processes that produce a net creative improvement rather than agreement from those we 'hang with'!
It has been said that there is not much advancement in a civilization which has science separate from its belief system or religion to any great extent. I find a lot of physics in many religious writings throughout time and yet there are still a lot of controlling interests who promote sins and demons in these religions. Here is a little of the Dag or Nag Hammadi papyruses which the Gnostics (later Cathars) saved from the destroying Empire-builders. It is specifically from the Gospel of Mary which was mostly found before the end of the 19th Century.
"22) The Savior said, All nature, all formations, all creatures exist in and with one another, and they will be resolved again into their own roots.
23) For the nature of matter is resolved into the roots of its own nature alone.
24) He who has ears to hear, let him hear.
25) Peter said to him, Since you have explained everything to us, tell us this also: What is the sin of the world?
26) The Savior said There is no sin, but it is you who make sin when you do the things that are like the nature of adultery, which is called sin." (2)
A neuroscience forum which I was invited to has had many people respond to various postings without identifying themselves. I think some of that is because they have a reputation to protect or job they value. Here is one such response to a thread I started.
"Science is reductionist whereas mysticism is broadly integrative. It would seem that science and mysticism occupy anti-podal positions. They are both concerned with truth, yet go about it differently. Science seeks to objectively and mathematically describe truth, whereas mysticism seeks to experience truth. Science and mysticism are flip sides of the same coin. The greatest scientists have invariantly been deeply mystical. I'm tempted to say that the greatest mystics have invariantly been deeply scientific, or at least had an appreciation for science, but this I'm less certain of."
I responded by saying I agreed and that I was certain the sages or greatest scientists were indeed very spiritual. One of those sages is David Bohm and here is a little of how he approached physics.
"In an interview in 1989 at the Nils Bohr Institute in Copenhagen, where Bohm presented his views, Bohm spoke on his theory of wholeness and the implicate order. The conversation centered around a new worldview that is developing in part of the Western world, one that places more focus on wholeness and process than analysis of separate parts. Bohm explained the basics of the theory of relativity and its more revolutionary offspring, quantum theory. Either theory, if carried out to its extreme, violates every concept on which we base our understanding of reality. Both challenge our notions of our world and ourselves.
He cited evidence from both theories that support a new paradigm of a more interrelated, fluid, and less absolute basis of existence, one in which mind is an active participant. Information contributes fundamentally to the qualities of substance. He discussed forms, fields, superconductivity, wave function and electron behavior. Wave function, which operates through form, is closer to life and mind...The electron has a mindlike quality." (3)
In May 2004 there is a report of an archaeological find in Mayan tunnels (they loved the spiritual cenotes and still do) saying it was a millennium earlier than the Mayan ascendancy and yet it was just 200 BC. Aside from the fact that I have proven these people were there at least 3000 years earlier the find is a mask of a sun god. The sun god or Heliopolitan Druidism is just one of the esoteric clues to follow in tracing the travelers or Red-Headed League of Megalith Builders all over the world. The Harmonic of Light was the science behind the shamanic attunements that led to the knowledge mythologized in the various sun-gods which is also interpreted as the son of god.

Mystical Physicists

Mystical

Physicists:

By Robert Bruce Baird

INSPIRATIONAL COMMENTS:

"There is a principle which is a bar against all information, which is proof against all arguments and which cannot fail to keep a man in everlasting ignorance that principle is contempt prior to investigation. Herbert Spencer"

Albert Einstein - "We are seeking for the simplest possible scheme of thought that will bind together the observed facts."

"If we do not expect the unexpected, we will never find it." Heraclitus

"Human beings, by changing the inner attitudes of their minds, can change the outer aspects of their lives." - William James

"I feel that if we could be serious for an hour and really fathom, delve into ourselves as much as we can, we should be able to release, not through any action of will, a certain sense of energy that is awake all the time, which is beyond thought." Jiddhu Krishnamurti, Madras, 1961

Heraclitus: " conceded the existence of an over-riding, all-encompassing unity, in which the apparently contradictory opposites are all linked to one another, in a single, regular, cohesive system of balanced, harmonious measure and just order."

"Consciousness is a singular of which the plural is unknown. There is only one thing, and that which seems to be a plurality is merely a series of different aspects of this one thing, produced by a deception, the Indian maya, as in a gallery of mirrors." Erwin Schrdinger

I think this means that all the talk about anomalous or truthful science is a bunch of you know what from the ego of man. We are 'connected' and our real self is not our ego. I am also of the opinion that he sees something I think is the nature of reality about the personality that some insist continues in such things as past-life regressions. Yes, perhaps through limbo and obsessions some things stay in this materially focused frame of reference (I have performed exorcisms) but when we are reborn all those memories of other lives are memories of a collective oversoul not anything like an individual soul. Maya and samsara or the 'busy-mind' do indeed deceive as he says - and though a few will gain great insight into the plural they will still be far from totally informed. Thus we must be open to all possibilities.

"Inherent to wave mechanics are the mechanisms of wave superposition and parallel and non-linear information processing. And these mechanisms, which are also affected and regulated by the laws of thermodynamics, are responsible for information growth and the evolution of biological matter. Information begets information." Laurent from Gaithersburg, Maryland.

INTRODUCTION:

Our reason (philosophy), should concern our 'selves' with the field of metaphysics. Metaphysics is the study of three entities: the individual being, the universe or what we call reality and what lies beyond the universe. Metaphysics is the study of how and why the individual being, the universe, and what lies beyond the universe interact with each other. Metaphysics is the study of whether or not all three, or for that matter if any of the three, exist. Metaphysics is the study of how and why the three interact, if in fact they do exist. Metaphysics is the pondering over the questions: Where are we? What are we? Why do we exist? It could be argued that Descartes was one of its more prominent figures with his initiation of the concept of knowing, of existing, when he said Cogito, ergo sum (I think, therefore I am). Or, as Popeye said "I yam wut I Yam".

There are many people who are secure in the knowledge that all is right with the world and they feel good about how they personally think about themselves and their soul. I confess I have a lot of confidence but I am not so certain about what the human experience really entails. I see so much more all the time. The opening of each door seems to lead to there being more doors and more books to write therefore. The people who are sure of god being in heaven or those who have bought the world of seems to be may not like this honest expression of what might be real; but they should know that most of the physicists sense there is a lot more than even they know. I love the quantum physicists for all the wondrous soulful things they seem to be able to explain better than me in so many ways. I can hope that a few readers will be those who do not believe in the soul and that after reading this they will be less certain but I do not encourage belief or the closure of possibilities it brings. There are many ways that illusions of separation cause transient errors made by the ego or the persona (Greek for mask) worn by actors during a momentary diversion called life.

In fact I do not think of the soul as continuing beyond this event horizon or material body with anything that ego or personality contains although I do think some of the elemental energy in a limbo state can impact on these reported re-incarnations with something like that until the person grows or harmonizes enough to move on. Religious I am not, for certain; mystic I can be at times I suppose; but mostly I observe like the alchemists who developed the scientific method.

One of those sages is David Bohm (Whose Holographic Universe has many adherents at the YerkesPrimateCenter where hard physiological proofs are found.) and here is a little of how he approached physics.

Wave function, which operates through form, is closer to life and mind... The electron has a mindlike quality." (1)

The early quantum physicists like Neils Bohr were ridiculed by those who could not comprehend the majesty of their attempts to explain our reality. The debunkers inductive reasoning which imposes direct inferential theory upon nature has caused a setback that science has yet to overcome. Despite their stated fear of religion these theories are in fact doing what the Dark Ages did to sincere seekers of truth. It was the dawning of a New Age which revived ancient Chaos Science. Our whole computerized creative and productive world is largely a function of these atom mysticists. In response to that epithet they have driven the message home by showing over and over again that most know-nothing scientists are in cahoots with ignorance or worse. Michio Kaku of 'Hyperspace' does it well.

These giants of intellect found the soul of the Mandukya Upanishads (Wigner) and the S-Matrix math in the Tao Te Ching (Capra). Heisenberg observed as the cat appeared, or did not, depending on whether Schrdinger was there to witness. All Zen aficionados were overjoyed to see the Western predilection for linear thinking in boxes was being changed from within. A far greater amount of possibility-thinking and real independent inquiry has resulted. All theatres of thought are now called post-Modern by experts in ivory towers who are usually wrong. Bohr said, A great truth has an opposite which is also true. A trivial truth has an opposite which is false.

The Club of Rome is doing a lot of good analysis of issues and the need for multi-disciplinarian principles in a new technological era. Here is something they say which I heartily approve of.

"Systems of education are less and less adapted to the new issues, to the new emerging global society we are presently involved in. New priorities force us to redefine the role of education, which should be conceived as a permanent learning process. Transmission of knowledge is no longer sufficient, and new objectives such as developing one's own potential and creativity, or the capacity of adaptation to change are becoming essential in a rapidly changing world.

The Club of Rome considers that education is both part of the global problematique and also an essential tool to become an effective actor in control of one's own life and within society. If there are "Limits to Growth", there are "No Limits to Learning" (titles of two Reports to the Club of Rome)." (2)

In the area of physics the Classical Electromagnetic Model or particles and force constructs, have given way to wave behavior models that allow harmonic interaction and affinity across space-time as I see it. There are some people who have such an ingrained or visceral response to mystical concepts that it makes one wonder how effective our propaganda paradigm that has waged war on enablement of the soul in each living thing has been. The space-time interval is only invariant in same frequency realms and astrophysicists know gravity is an instantaneous effect. Brian Greene is the first physicist with 'groupies' according to George Stephanopoulos, one time Clinton Press Secretary. Greene wrote the ELEGANT UNIVERSE a best-seller that explains String Theory and how it could answer some of the deepest aspects of human experience. He made a major contribution in 1992 that showed how the fabric of space could tear and repair itself. This is not possible according to relativity and its expression of the space/time continuum. The existence of anti-matter and 'black holes' are quite a conundrum for science that finds itself proving the mystics understandings - 'fast and furious'.

My premise at its worst is that we must understand the mystics even if they are wrong about reality. There will be little achieved by constantly negating whatever reality they have been able to see and there has been a lot of advancement in science that proves they were right. But when told that this line of reasoning is religious or airy-fairy I can only say if we do not know how the sages or great minds saw reality how can we expect to help make a new reality that is better? How can you call Pythagoras weird (for example) when he contributed so much? How can people be so silly when they know they cant do what he did? Is it ego that makes man so closed-minded? Here is a response to a physicist who sees (finally) that I have gathered the words of the top scientists, who agree with me. He seeks to rationalize the One and understand the ego which is a start at least.

Rational? Is that missing from the work of philosophers like Sartre who said 'Love is absent space'. No - what is missing is an appeal to reductive and gradualistic paradigm ego or the need for POWER above all else. But that need for power actually produces less power and plentitude.

I tell you this - you do not know consciousness or it's origin and you can find the best explanations in ancient writings and disciplines like the Sutras. It works!

Is what works rational? Not necessarily. Rational and religion or the anthropomorphing urge of ego is everywhere evident in non-cooperative mindsets.

Here is the way I could say it off the top of my head.

In the beginning there was energy in many dimensions. These dimensions gradually got in touch at some distance with information carried on attractive forces like gravity. These contacts grew and pathways formed - see my article called Affinity under those Google links or here. The pathways became lattices and vectors and valences of these energies which began to design ways to form new harmonizing potentials.

Laws of behavior and some kind of design began to actualize or manifest and over trillions of years a lot of knowledge and ways of creating became the way of the world or universes.

Consciousness came later and the soul is an outgrowth of this collective which directs us through the structures and lattices (helical and otherwise - time has a helical structure and seven layers too) in the likes of DNA.

Spiritual Healing - The Hidden Truth and Misconception

Throughout history, what is portrayed in all religions as being the manifestation of prayer or miracles is in fact manifestation of our connection with the essence of our Soul and the manifestation of the power of spiritual healing. We have heard throughout the centuries about such miracles that have happened to people, and how they changed their lives. This has carried on until now when we still hear of these miracles in our time today. What would be the difference between a miracle that has been approved by a religion and one that has been manifested by a healer?

Why is it that at this point of our time and with all of the technological advancement we claim to have achieved as humans, we still approve of one particular or morally acceptable form of miraculous healing and disregard another? How does it stand in such a case where a particular healer belongs to a certain religion? Does his or her manifestation become a miracle? Also in certain ways there is no huge difference between the power of healing and the power of prayer if we really think about it. The same intention of sending healing thoughts is there, regardless of how we chose to label the procedure.

There are two types of healing, self-healing and spiritual healing. How much do we really understand the difference between the two? Can we refer to them as being a science? Or in such a case where science cannot explain or rationalize the manifestation itself, do we then find it would be easier to disregard it all together rather than investigating? Perhaps it is when something does not bring us much financial profit it then becomes worthless for us to investigate. Well it seems there are many question marks when it comes to the subject of healing and apparently with little answers.

The way I see it in terms of self-healing and spiritual healing, both forms are misrepresented and at the same time abused. On a personal level, on the medical level and on the government level, it seems we are very much unaware of the real benefit that comes from it.
Before going further into this and for some of you who do not know or understand what I am talking about, let us identify and define both forms of healing, from my own point of view of course!

Self-healing is the effect that a person can inflict upon themselves, in terms of a manifestation when bringing his or her state of mind, either physical, or emotional, into perfect harmony and balance with the universal flow of energies to get him or herself into normal state of being. We all have this power within ourselves even if we do not believe it is so. This can be practiced through praying or self-inflicted healing.

We know that someone who is a Spiritual Healer is someone who is normally referred to as being an instrument. This is so when souls from a different dimension to our own use the instruments body as a channel to perform their work of spiritual healing. These healing souls are sometimes called spirit doctors. They use their wisdom and knowledge from the universal flow of energies to manipulate a human being into a state of perfection. This is successful so long as no-one has been tampered with, in terms of having their body altered when having organs removed or by being operated upon. What is the cost of all of this? Well its FREE. So lets explore all factors involved here.
We will start with the healers themselves.

Who are those healers? A healer is a person that accepts the work of spirit souls or spirit doctors. The healer allows himself or herself to become an instrument for the wonderful work of spirit to be carried out through. To inform you, I personally am one of these healers. In my personal experience in working with healing for many years and being self taught by working with my guides, I do believe the maximum time and what I feel is necessary to provide the energy to someone is no more than 15 minutes. Even this length of time can be too long in certain cases. The reason is because healing usually takes effect according to the person who is receiving the healing them self.

When someone falls into the handwork of a healer, it is not a coincidence it is by choice unconsciously. Manifestation has to be carried out and healing will take place on other levels of our consciousness. It has to be done on a soul level, astral level, and subconscious level before it can ever manifest physically with that person. Those levels that we dont see and might not be even aware of can be worked out before that person even meets up with his or her healer. Their meeting then becomes a mere formality to allow changes to take effect on the physical level. All work is usually carried out during their sleep state, except for the physical and can be done in case of what is called absent or distant healing. With all of that said, no healing should take place outwith the persons Free Will of choice.

In our world of today, healing, just like anything else has been abused. Some healers are taking advantage of this gift by misrepresenting the benefits of it. It seems to have become a way of overly charging their patient financially and in some cases providing them with false hopes. When healing becomes a business, how do we know that healing is genuine after all? If the healing gift is used only as a means of survival for the healer where do we draw the line between what is a true healing and what is a mere attempt of making money based upon the needs of the person who has come to receive healing?

This circumstance is unfortunate for both parties involved here. The healers will pay the price for their actions of abusing the healing on a Soul level by creating Karma for themselves which will have to repaid, later on in their evolution. In terms of accepting money for healing, it is alright to accept being given a donation, but only at the patients own discretion.

Working with healing is the purest gift that a human being can achieve in one lifetime in terms of working with any form of Mediumship. I would like to make sure that you understand that it is not the power of the healer that is making the change in any situation it is the work of his or her assisted spirit doctors. So just how convinced are we when we see an advertisement asking us to spend $50 and we will be provided with a healing? Really, how effective is that healing going to be after all? It is the same as the Psychic Hotline or having a tarot reading over the phone? I once saw an advertisement in a local newspaper that required some people to work on one of these Psychic lines and it did state with or without exper
